Tens of paths, with advice and road signals, cross the woods of the inland, offering a fascinating inventory of the flora and fantasy of the land - and seascape of this area. You can also experiment the "shiver" of the high mountain in the natural palestras where you can rockclimb; this is unusual if you think we are so near the sea. Besides the gymnastics, you can satisfy your archaeological interest: along some ways you can meet the ruins of some very ancient "mediterranean houses" and near Arma of the Manie you can visit the largest prehistorical cave of this zone. During your excursion you can admire the deep blue gulf, from a lot of points of observation, discovering again sounds and silences of the nature.
