COUNTRY FAIRS, TRADITIONAL FESTIVALS, CULTURAL EVENTS
	Throughout the year there are many events that take their inspiration from popular traditions and in which the highpoint is the sampling of local specialities. Among others there is the festival of forgotten fruits at Casola (October),the pear festival,the "delicious pork" festival,the one in honour of His Majesty the Truffle in Brisighella (November) and the festival of the Romagna Shallot in Riolo Terme (July). There are also festivals for the wild boar, for polenta, sage, olives and for lamb and goat. In summer there is an intense concetration of events connected with local history such as the Mediaeval Festival in Brisighella, "E....state in collina" in Riolo Terme and "Casola è una favola" in Casola Valsenio.
